1. Do you do commission work?
If you have a specific picture of a color, we can try to match it for your application. We would be glad to talk about your idea, and see if we can come to a mutual agreement.
2. Can you match a bead that I have?
We can try. Keeping in mind that glass has a lot of variables that affect color, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. We are very good, however, at finding complementary beads that will show your personal treasures in their best light. Above all, with respect to other lampwork artists, we will not copy someone else's work.
3. What if my bead breaks?
We take pride in the fact that our beads have been properly annealed. But, glass being glass, yes, it can break. If a bead breaks through no fault of your own, we will replace the bead with one that has the same appearance as closely as we can.
4. Can I return my item if I don't like it?
The picture that you see when you place your order is the picture of the actual product that you will receive. That way, there are no surprises. Therefore, all sales are final with the exception of the situation where replacement is appropriate.
